Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
Willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)

Technical & Non-Technical Support Associate (Voice) required with the following skill set:
Opening for Technical & non-technical Support Voice in Associate Level ONLY
Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )
