Gauhati High Court Recruitment 2013: Gauhati High Court release the notification for filling up the posts of LDC Cum Computer Operator/ Stenographer in Guwahati .
In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 229 of the Government of India Act, 1935, as adopted by the Indian Provincial Constitution (Amendment) Order, 1948, the Governor General of India was pleased to promulgate on 1st March, 1948 the Assam High Court Order, 1948, establishing the High Court of Assam with effect from 5th April, 1948, for the then Province of Assam.
The Gauhati High Court as of today emerged from the High Court of Assam.On 9th September, 1947, the Assam Legislative Assembly adopted a resolution that a High Court be established for the Province of Assam.
The High Court is a Constitutional Court in terms of Article 215. It is a Court of record and has all the powers of such Court including the power to punish for Contempt of itself and for Contempt of Courts Subordinate to it. Every High Court consist of a Chief Justice and such other Judges as the President of India from time to time deem it necessary.
Applications are invited in the prescribed form from citizens of India for selection of candidates in Gauhati High Court.

Job Detail:
Qualification: Candidates should be a graduate or equivalent(B Com , BBA or BBM, BCA or BSc, ITI or Diploma) or Post Graduate(LLB or LLM, M Com or MSc, MBA or PGDM, MCA)from a UGC recognized university & must have proficiency in operation of computer (word processing and MS Excel spread sheet).
Age Limit:Candidates minimum age limit is 18 years & maximum age limit is 38 years for General (including OBC/ MOBC and all other), minimum age limit is 18 & maximum age limit is 43 for SC/ APST/ ST & maximum age limit is 48 years for PWD category.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on written examination for all posts,
Pay Scale :Selected candidates would be eligible to get the pay scale of around Rs.9300-34800/-.

How To Apply:Eligible candidates may submit the application form in prescribed format along with fee payment Challan, passport size photograph pasted on the application form and shall sign across the photograph, 2 photograph should be stapled in the top right corner of the application form and write name on the reverse of the stapled photographs, The envelope should super scribed as “Application for the post of _____” indication the choice of post of the candidate in the blank space and should be addressed to The Deputy Registrar, Itanagar Bench, Gauhati High Court, Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh on or before 19-08-2013.
