HDFC Bank is hiring FRESHERS for System Analyst profile
. Problem Ticket response, resolution, escalation and follow-through till ticket closure.
. Ensuring response to issues reported by Incident Team within agreed service levels and business priorities
. Daily System monitoring to capture system performance, Db growth etc.
. Prepare & Publish daily System batch timing reports
. Week-end execution of purging jobs, data defragmentation by re-organizing data-sets
. Release deployment (code promotion) in various environments i.e. Production & UAT
. Timely escalations to seniors for quick incident resolution.
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Eligibility : Any Graduate
Experience : 0-1 Year
Location : Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Job Skills:
1. Should have good knowledge in Oracle Database and
2. Unix Operating System.
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
1 Year MBA Program with Placements
Educational Qualification:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science ,
2. Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology,
3. Master of Computer Application/Computer Science or
4. Master of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent..
